Order Processing

Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on our site will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM (Eastern Time). This cutoff time ensures that we can package and hand over your items to the United States Postal Service (USPS) in a timely fashion. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Please note that while we expedite order processing, once an order leaves our facility, we rely on USPS to deliver your items. As such, the delivery times can vary based on your location, the service selected, and USPS’s operational performance.

Shipping Days and Exclusions

We operate Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. Additionally, we observe all federal holidays – on these days, our shipping operations are closed, as USPS does not operate. If you place an order on the weekend or a federal holiday, we will process and ship it on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We exclusively use USPS for shipping our products. This service allows us to offer you a range of shipping options, including various expedited services should you need your order quickly. When you check out, you'll see the available shipping services and their associated costs.

Shipping Liability

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, it is their responsibility to ensure that your package reaches you. We wish we could control the entire journey of your package, but once it leaves our facility, we must trust in the services of USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any delays on their part. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue.

Tracking Your Order

Every shipped order will come with a tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to follow your order's journey to your doorstep. We encourage you to track your package to stay updated on its delivery status.
